Refund Policy

We will happily exchange purchased goods in original unopened condition within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not available on candles purchased on sale.

To start the return process we require you contact us to pre-arrange the return and to see if we can assist. Contact us through our contact us page.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

We will happily refund your purchased items if they are defective and a suitable replacement is not available.

Returning any item will be at your own cost, you will also be charged the freight charge for the re-delivery for the new items being returned back to you of $12.50.

We will not send your returned/exchanged products until we have received the products and inspected them.
